This great top quality Butcher Set from EKA® is perfect for indoor and outdoor use, two-tone soft grip handles are made of Santoprene™, hygienically approved material worldwide, for its sure-grip properties under stressed conditions. Blades are made from EKA® approved high quality steel which provides excellent stain resistance and prolonged edge retention. Kit comes with a skinning knife, boning knife, Gut hook/knife, sharpening steel and a handy plastic case.

- The knives are machine dishwasher safe, but we always recommend washing EKA Butcher Series knives by hand.
- Maintain your EKA Butcher knife by sharpening regularly, use for example the EKA Sharpening Steel.
